Extension of application deadlines in two calls
In response to the requests of potential applicants and in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the Minister of Climate and the Environment decided to extend the deadlines for the calls announced on May 18, 2020 under the “Environment, Energy and Climate Change” Programme, area: renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy security.
The application deadlines have been postponed by two months, in accordance with the following schedule:
Increasing the efficiency of energy generation in existing small hydropower plants (up to 2MW)
- December 31, 2020 at 15:00 (instead of October 30, 2020 at 15:00)
Geothermal energy production
- December 31, 2020 at 15:00 (instead of October 30, 2020 at 15:00)
Call for experts
In addition, we would like to inform that until the next Wednesday – October 21, 2020 – a call for experts to the circular economy team is ongoing.
The task of the team is to recommend to the Minister of Climate project concepts that give the greatest possibility of practical implementation or popularization of the principles of the circular economy. Applicants of selected project concepts will be invited to participate in the further procedure in the call for proposals "Strengthening the implementation of the circular economy".
