Norwegian films under the aegis of the EEA and Norway Grants during the 7th Kids Kino International Film Festival

The EEA and Norway Grants became the Main Partner of the 7th Kids Kino International Film Festival, which will take place on September 26 – October 4, 2020, simultaneously in cinemas and online. 9 films will be shown as part of the Norwegian cinema section "Between fiords – films from Norway".

The KIDS KINO festival is the largest festival of films for children in Poland. At the same time, it has the greatest reach, as the films from the main competition are shown simultaneously in 20 cities. The festival audience award is given by the votes of children and families from all cities. The mission and the way of its implementation are also unique – that is the wide and unlimited dissemination of valuable films for children.

The aim of the project is to promote the culture of the donor state – Norway – expressed through cinematography. Its aim is to promote Norwegian filmmakers, popularize family spending time, and promote film art and multimedia as a carrier of valuable content and an important educational tool.
