Polish Agency for Enterprise Development announced the next round of the call for applications under Travel Grants scheme

From August 20, 2021, entrepreneurs from the micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises sector from Poland and Norway will be able to take part in the next round of the Travel Grants call: support for the development of bilateral cooperation.

The main goal of the programme, which is operated by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), is to strengthen business contacts between Polish and Norwegian entities by organizing economic missions. Micro-, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs from both countries will be able to apply for support in the amount of EUR 2,000. The funds obtained under the Travel Grants scheme will be available i.a. for covering the costs of a business trip abroad, purchase of fair admission tickets or covering the fee for participation in a conference / congress.

As part of the economic mission, the applicant is obliged to participate in:

  • fairs or conferences / congresses;
  • an event organized by PARP and Innovation Norway during the above-mentioned fairs or conferences / congresses;
  • at least two business meetings with two different entities operating in the territory of the country, in which the above-mentioned trade fair or conference / congress are organized.

As part of one economic mission, one can receive a lump sum to cover the costs of a foreign business trip, as well as to finance the purchase of admission tickets to a fair or cover the fee for participation in a conference / congress for up to two people. Entrepreneurs may apply for support for the organization of up to two economic missions.

Applications may be submitted until October 31, 2022, but the total allocation to the call is EUR 50,000.
