The National Focal Point of EEA and Norway Grants informs that the Guidelines on public procurement have been changed. The current version is valid from August 1, 2020.
The draft of amendments to the Guidelines was prepared taking into account the changes to the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure under the ERDF, ESF and CF for 2014-2020.
The most important change refers to the extension of the catalog of cases in which the Guidelines do not apply (Chapter 1, point 6).
