In particular, co-finacing will be granted for joint organisation of exhibitions and performances by Polish and Donor's artists. The projects may also concern enhancing cooperation of artists from these countries, including exchange of artists. It is also possible to obtain grant for collaboration of experts in the field of modern conservation techniques. Financing for cooperation between cultural institutions will be also possible.

The call is open for applications submitted within the Development of Polish HEIs – unilateral and multilateral projects aiming at the enhancement of teaching and organisational capacities of Polish Higher Education Institutions.

The EEA and Norway Grants have entered into a strategic partnership with the Council of Europe to promote tolerance and fundamental rights. This campaign against hate speech online starts on 22 March 2013 and will run through to 2014. The objective is to take action against hate speech online in all its form – while respecting freedom of expression.
